Divisions: 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
(Age groups may be combined, dependent on entries)

Entry Fee:$400.00  if received by January 15, 2009 or $450.00  if received on or after January 15, 2009

Entry Deadline:  January 17, 2009  or when divisions are full. (Max 80 teams)

Refunds: No refunds will be given after January 17, 2009.

Format: Game format will be determined by number of teams in each pool.
Saturday -  Pool Play
Sunday -  Single Elimination

Officiating: All paid Up Refs. Teams will need to provide an adult down ref, 2 line judges, 1 score,  1 flip, and 1 libero tracker.  We believe, that if you are investing the time, travel and expense in this event, you deserve well officiated matches. (No Players will down ref except for the 18’s this is a BAYOU REGION rule.)

Awards: Individual Awards for 1st and 2nd place teams

Admission: $5.00 a day and kids are free
